Our response time for a title report is one week.
If necessary, we can expedite a title report within
24 hours, depending on the town clerk’s schedule.
In Vermont town clerk office hours vary from town to
town.
We are willing to conduct closings at our office or at
a mutually agreed upon location. Please note that there
is an additional expense for round trip travel exceeding
65 miles. |
